At checkout
- Check the card number, expiry date, CVC and billing postcode.
- Make sure your card allows online and international payments. Our seller is based in the USA.
- Ask your bank if they blocked the payment, then try again.
- Try another card.
On a renewal If a renewal fails, your status shows "Payment failed ยท update your card". We may retry the payment a few times over the following days. Premium features may pause while a payment is outstanding, and the subscription may be cancelled if it stays unpaid.
Update your card in the app
- Tap your initials > Subscription.
- Under Payment method, tap Update card.
- Enter the new card in the secure Stripe form and save. Your bank may ask you to confirm it.
You'll see "Saved" with the new card. From then on, your plan and one-tap purchases use it.
Declined while buying an extra or credits? Tap Use another card in the same window, save the new card, and the purchase runs again.
Card form not working? Write to support@celesse.co. Never send your full card number by email.
