You can do both in the app.
You cancelled, but your access hasn't ended yet
- Tap your initials > Subscription.
- Tap Keep my subscription.
- Confirm. There's no charge today, and your plan continues as before.
You can also tap Reactivate subscription on the screen that confirms your cancellation.
Your subscription has already ended
- Tap your initials > Subscription.
- Tap Renew Celesse Premium.
- Check what's included and tap Renew Celesse Premium again.
It's one tap on the card you already use. If that card needs a new step or is declined, Stripe's secure payment page opens instead. Celesse Premium then renews every 4 weeks, and you can cancel any time. Everything you already read is still in your account.
Told that renewing "would charge you twice"? Your old subscription is still open at Stripe, often because a payment is being retried. Tap Update card instead. See My card was declined or my payment failed.
