Celesse isn't offered in every country. It is currently not available in Türkiye. Visitors there see a page that says "Celesse Türkiye'de hizmet vermemektedir" (Celesse doesn't operate in Türkiye).
Travelling? Access depends on the country your internet connection comes from. Once you're back in a country where Celesse is offered, sign in as usual.
Have a subscription and can't reach it? Email support@celesse.co from your account email. We can cancel your subscription, answer billing questions or handle a refund request by email.
