What we keep
- Your email and first name.
- Your birth date, time (if given) and place.
- Your quiz answers and readings.
- A palm photo, only if you buy a Palm Reading.
How we protect it
- Birth details are stored with restricted access and encrypted.
- We never share your birth data, chart, readings, sketch preferences or photos with advertisers.
- We don't sell your data for money.
- Card details are handled by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
Your choices
- Correct your birth details: under your initials > Account settings > Birth details.
- Get a copy, correct or delete your data: email support@celesse.co from your account email, or delete your account under Account settings.
- Remove your quiz answers without an account: use Remove my data at the bottom of the page. We email a confirmation link, and nothing is removed until you confirm.
- Opt out of "sale or sharing" for advertising (US): email us with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share", or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser.
- Stop marketing emails: tap unsubscribe in any marketing email. Sign-in and account emails still arrive.
- Someone added your birth details for a compatibility reading? Email us and we'll delete them.
