To delete your account
- Sign in at celesse.co.
- Tap your initials > Account settings.
- Scroll to Delete account and tap Delete my account.
- Read the list, type the code shown and tap Delete account.
What happens
- Your account closes and you're signed out straight away. You can't sign in again.
- Any active subscription is cancelled immediately, so nothing is charged again.
- Your reports, readings, birth details, sketches and palm photos are permanently deleted 90 days later. The screen after you confirm shows the exact date.
Changed your mind? Write to support@celesse.co from the same email address before that date and we'll restore your account. Your subscription isn't restored with it; you can start a new one after.
About refunds Deleting your account doesn't issue a refund automatically. For a charge in the last 7 days, write to support@celesse.co.
Can't sign in? Email support@celesse.co from your account email and ask us to delete your account.
Only want your quiz answers removed? Use Remove my data at the bottom of every page. It deletes the quiz answers and birth details linked to your email, without closing an account.
