Sign-in links expire to keep your account safe. Getting a new one takes a few seconds.
If you see "This link no longer works" or "This link has already been used"
- Enter your email on that page.
- Tap Send me a new link.
- Open the newest email and tap Sign in.
How long links last
- Link from celesse.co/login: 60 minutes.
- Link in your welcome email and other Celesse emails: 7 days.
- Each sign-in link can be used a few times within that window, then it stops working.
- A link to set your password works once.
If you see "Your purchase is safe" The button at the end of checkout works only once. Your purchase is saved. Open the link we emailed you, or request a new one on the same page.
If you see "Your account is closed" The account was deleted, so links no longer sign you in. See How do I delete my account and my data? to restore it.
Tips
- Always use the most recent email.
- Some email apps open links in a built-in browser. If that happens, copy the link into your usual browser.
- Have a password? You can also sign in with it at celesse.co/login.
