Each reading is written for your chart after you buy, so it can take a few minutes. You don't need to stay on the page. It will be in My reports when it's ready.
What the status means
- Being prepared: we're working on it. When we can estimate it, the time left is shown next to it.
- Ready: tap to open.
- Updating: we're rewriting it with your new birth details. You can keep reading the current version until the new one is ready.
- Needs your birth date or Needs your birth place: add them under your initials > Account settings > Birth details. See My birth details are wrong. How do I fix my chart?
- Needs their birth details: we're missing your person's birth date. Write to us and we'll add it.
- Needs one answer: your Soulmate Sketch is waiting for a quick question. Open it and answer.
- Needs a photo of your palm: open your Palm Reading and take the photo.
- Something went wrong: for a Soulmate Sketch or a Palm Reading, tap Try again if you see it. For anything else, write to us and we'll fix it.
Still not ready after an hour? Write to support@celesse.co with your Account ID. You find it under your initials > Account settings > Account ID > Copy.
